This has been the first time that such a irresponsible and carelessness attitude is displayed towards the customer. Phone conversations are not giving anything but false promises and lies, that too at the cost of the customer.. Stories are being created to defend the courier company. There is harassment and troublesome attitude seen for the customer. Its really giving an unprofessional image on the esteemed online brand of Amazon India in dealing with such type of dealers.

Please kindly look into the matter and the do the needful ASAP.
