This is to inform you that yesterday while my husband and me was watching television suddenly our LED TV (TH32C400D) 32 inch went off. Though the power was coming but the display was totally gone. The purchase date of my television is 2nd November, 2015 and I would like to inform that it is still under warranty. I don’t know what happened, but today I informed the same to the service centre of Jamshedpur. They came and they said that it is because of some physical damage. But I would like to inform that there was no physical damage on the screen. I am really disappointed with the service. Now I am thinking that it would have been better if I would have gone for some other brands like LG and Sony. The service in-charge is just giving a lame excuse for not providing the service. Further is would like to mention that I have bought the television on finance. I am paying them regular EMI, but now I would not pay them a single penny because I am not able to watch the TV itself so for what I will pay. Either you pay me service or you take back your television because I am not going to pay a single more penny from my pocket.
