I have purchased a Nokia XL on 28 June 2014. On 10th June 2015, my phone was stopped working. I submitted my phone to Nokia care on 13th June 2015. They assured me to return back on 27 June 2015. However that particular date we came to know that the phone was not working and they didn’t send it to Gurgaon center. They resubmitted the phone giving the second job sheet and assured the delivery on 07 July 2015. We went to collect it on 13 July 2015 and came to know that they still didn’t work on phone stating that the warranty period is over. When we retaliated the dared to call us again the following day to TALK. However the warranty was supposed to be over by 27 June 2015 during which period they already had our phone. We went to collect it twice they never said anything about warranty. although they asked for the bill on 3rd July and the same was provided to them on 5th July.It is my humble request to look into matter because we are not responsible if the customer care keeps the item for months and then return back as it is stating that recently the warranty is over. If this was the case they should have returned back the first time we went to collect it. I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED by the customer care service provided by NOKIA CARE (PACIFIC COMMUNICATION) at JAGAT FARM PLAZA, GREATER NOIDA.
