DEAR TEAM,

PLEASE PROVIDE THE SOLLUTION
REGARDING PROBLEM THAT i ( ALPANA ) HAd PURCHASED A MOBILE ( INTEX AQUA Q 5 ) FORM RETAIL SHOP E ZONE WAZIRPUR (FUTURE GROUP ).
AFTER ONE DAY i HAD FACE A PROBLEM WITH MOBILE REGARDING BUTTON ,
i HAD BEEN SUBMITTED my MOBILE IN INTEX SERVICE CENTRE ( ROHINI SECTOR 2 )
THEY ARE NOT ISSUING DOA ON PARTICULAR MOBILE HANDSET THEY ARE GIVING A HANDSET ( INTEX AQUA SENSI 5.0 ) AGAINST THIS MOBILE .
WHAT IS THE ISSUE I AM NOT GETTING UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN DO LIKE THIS KIND OF WORK .
i HAD PURCHASED WORTH RS 4343 AND WHY i WILL ACCEPT THAT MOBILE HAS 512 RAM MOBILE .
THIS IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE WORK THEY HAD DONE . .
KINDLY PROVIDE ANY KIND OF SOLUTION
