Disputing duplicate transaction charged. Email sent to email@example.com on 2nd Aug. ’15 as per the Grievance Redressal process with proof however no response received within 5 working days as per the timelines mentioned.
I have checked and I have shopped only once. Identical transactions back to back which shows transactions have been captured in error.
Matter was escalated to Nodalofficer@sbicard.com and CustomerServiceHead@sbicard.com on 7th Aug. ’15 however no revert from them as well.
Now they stating that I would get response with 7 working days.
My payment due date is on 21st Aug. ’15 and I do not want any late payment charged due to no response from SBI.
