I was placed an order (# 403-6090098-5321140) for MICROMAX YUREKA MOBILE,9th May 2014; Order amount – Rs.9098 ; Received the parcel on 10th May, 2014, Paid the amount through CREDIT CARD.. Then, A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZONE.IN!! After opening the package, no mobile phone only standard accesories inside the product package/parcel, they sent me an old package box with no factory seal, just customised sealed by sello tape!seal was totally tempered! Very much disappointed with the service of seller and AMAZONE.. How can they do it with so costly product package after charge Rs.9098? Contacted AMAZONE customer service on that day they sent me a mail that we are not able to process your refund. Than got a call from AMAZONE Representative last afternoon(31st May) He has behaved rudely with me and said we will open your account within next 24 to 48 hrs. Than we can process your refund. But still my account is not open also my refund is pending. So please look into this case, very much worried..
Please check it and arrange my refund or arrange the new mobile phone.
