I have bought Micromax Canvas Knight cameo A290 on 15th september 2014. From december 2014 i have been facing charging problem in my handset. In december the phone was given in company for repairing as service centre people wasnt able to solve it. After a month in january 2015 i got my phone back. It was operating nicely and again in April 2015 i started facing the same problem of charging. In 15 days i have given 4 times my handset in service centre at ‘sai infotech’ in ahmedabad city, gujarat, bt it was not solved. Then it was sent in the company again for solution on 11th april 2015. I have requested in the company that please solve the problem or give me replacement. But this problem shuold nt be repeated again in 1-2-3 months if you are giving the same handset back saying problem has solved. They said me that sir it will nt happened. And in may starting or April end i got my phone back. It was looking good that finally the problem is solved. But from yesterday i.e. 10th june 2015 afternoon again the same problem of charging has started. Phone is not at all charging. The charger is perfecly ok. I want a replacement now. Today i have submitted again my phone at the service centre ‘sai infotech’ for sending it in the company and i have requested for the replacement. My jobsheet no. : W010259-0615-17189492.
