I had given my mobile for service on 19-01-2016 at karbonn service centre in ludhiana at Baba Than Singh chowk. Staff told me to take it back after 15 days. then after that, they are delaying me by saying to come after week and week. I have gone to their service centre a lot of times. Now those people are making fun of me and using abusive and rude language with me. Its very insulting and irritating for me. I am fed up now from this and I i am not getting its solution. They have kept my phone and they are not giving it back. My experience with Karbonn mobile company is very bad and I will suggest every body to never buy its any phone. Its very very bad company.
