I had made a recharge through free recharge , online

I have not received the recharged amount , and they have deducted the amount from my account. I complained to them through mail , and they kept giving me false assurance that matter will be solved as the recharge has not been made , there was a technical fault on their part. Now three days have passed , yet no action has been taken , moreover if you complain to them , they just reply through a system generated mail that your matter will be soon solved and and some of their agent will approach you , but no agent has even tried to contact me once. This is really irritating as they have not provided any contact number so that we can talk to them directly , the main office is in Vaibhav Chambers, Unit No. 2A, 2nd floor, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai – 400051, I have even tried contacting on their office no but the number was unreachable. They give false hope to customer that issue will be sorted out in 24 hrs but no actions has been yet taken.The matter is just not about 110 rupees , but the kind of misleading services they are providing online. They deduct 110 amount from account and yet you provide no service to the consumer , i want my money back or want the amount to be get recharged on my ph.
