Paytm is most worst company in terms of delivery(indirectly BLUE DART) and customer care services because i am fed up with your customer handling services, for 1 hour i kept calling the customer care and explaining every time the same thing and at last when i had no option left but to talk to the so called “supervisors” they were busy which was more important than listening to the customers ,i don’t think this is the way to care for your customer.
because of this third class customer care services i have to again speak the whole RAMAYANA,
i got the informations from blue dart that the product has arrived in surat on 23rd june now i want to state a fact that i live in surat so why the product has not yet arrived, it has been 4 days of dreaming, i wonder that BLUE DART HAS EMPLOYED (ANTS WHOSE SPEED IS 0.0000000001CM/SEC) FOR DELIVERING BECAUSE 4 DAYS HAVE PASSED BUT NO DELIVERY, ALSO SURAT IS NOT THAT BIG FOR WHICH IT WILL TAKE 4 DAYS OF DELAY
I WANT TRUE AND IMMEDIATE EXPLANATION OF DELAY ALONG WITH THE SOLUTION BY DELIVERING MY PRODUCT WITHIN AN HOUR
so, if you have little shame left in you ,immediately deliver my ordered product within an hour otherwise be ready for facing the severe consequences because the product has come in surat on 23rd-JUNE since then you are sleeping.
