Today morning i have placed two orders with you guys where money has been debited from my account
got the conformation message from Foodpanda as well as from Bank too.
Such a pathetic service you guys give no body has contacted me regarding the order ,Either got delivery .But the end of the day i have money has been debited with no service .
Being customer never expected this sort of service from any company .I need to escalate it to further .
I have waited two hours and slept with out food
Resolution what looking for :
1.When I will receive my money back which paid to you guys .
2.what is next level of escalation .
3.I need Managing director email address.
