I ordered Sony Xperia SP (Black) on TRADUS.com, Order ID 11100128_01.
Seller was CELLFONEBAZAAR (Sarf Trading, Chennai) and paid Rs.20422 for handset.
1: I received White handset instead of Black.
2: Handset was defective, i complained to TRADUS.com on 30/10/13 (Complaint No. 1310340) and returned handset to seller on 1/11/13, Aramex Domestic AWB (Docket:40000812434).
3: Seller returned me same handset without any changes. thereafter i called several time to seller for new handset.
4: and when i complained again to tradus.com, they replied that seller is NO More Associated with us.
Now, where should I go for my money on which TRADUS and SARF TRADING has cheated me.
