i am rushikesh chopade from belagum i had purchased Samsung galaxy A8 mobile on 25/08/2015. they was manufacture fault in the mobile. so i went on 14/09/2015 to the Samsung authorized center belgaum to solve my issue. it just was a minor fault in the mobile but when i received back from the service center they had been made the mobile more damages then before,like heating problem, no display, and the parts was sticked by glue. when i took mobile and tired to check it the mobile screen was not properly attached and no display. i asked them what they have done to the mobile they respond saying that the requirement for repair for mobile was not available with them. but without having right equipment how they can open the mobile hardware. they said me to come after 2 days to the service center. i went there they said i will get the confirmation call from the company. but today 19/9/2015 yet i didn’t receive the call from the company. when i try to contact to belgaum authorized center they are saying to contact Samsung company customer service.. i spoke the customer care but there was not able to give proper information and services.. i paid rs 31000 for the mobile. but the response is too bad. its just 18 days mobile and this problem arrived. i need replacement of mobile with same specification or refund mobile money. i am attracting the all the documents and photos of the damaged mobile phone which they have made. my job sheet number is 4201190409.
