I have been complaining to Asus Co since more than a month but till date I have not received any communication from your end.
That my cell being well within the warranty period has been refused by your customer service centre for being repaired free of cost , simply because the gorilla screen having being cracked does not come under the free services.
That I had recommended so many of my friends who on my advise had purchased Zenphone 2 , but now I am at a confused state of mind whether I had made a right choice in buying your product or even my recommendation to my friends has been legitimate.
I’m at a loss of words as my loyalty to your company has been shattered due to the service centres refusal to repair my cell.
Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter so as to restore my & many of my friends confidence on your company.
Hope you will expedite my case to the earliest .
