on 2nd July i am out of town i face a problem in handset ,whole screen is dead ,charger not supporting and i connect to the charger the phone passes the heat , and by day before automatically the phone shutdown and start within a minute and this done regularly 3 or 4 times in a day

on saturday i came back to my home town and i went to dealer from there i made call on your coustmer care number and registered to Miss Himani by complaint No MMX040715572214 she told me u get a reply within 24hr , than i receive a call from your side and i told all the problems related this handset , he commits me that your handset will be replaced by newone and you will get it by 2 to 3 working days by the courier and you have to give the old one to the courier person

after that regurlly i made a call for checking the status for the my complaint there is no responce from ur side ,so by today i registered a new complaint at MMX10071559881 at 1.20pm by executive Miss Shivani , she told me i arrange a call within 3hr but i havent yet receive any call or resolve the complaint from your side

so its a request you to resolve my complaint and replace my handset as soon as possible
