Harassment by Airtel

Subject-Post-Paid to Pre-Paid

I would humbly like to submit before you that I have been at the receiving end because of the Unethical and highly Unprofessional attitude from Airtel and its Executives

As suggested by its Executive(Mr Amit Kumar Mohanty) I paid the total last bill in cash at its CDA,Cuttack,Odisha Store to change from Post-Paid to Pre-Paid as I find the bills to be inflated
The actual story begins then,they took my Old SIM and issued me a NEW Sim,and said it would be activated within 24 hours but umtill now its still not activated(Number-9777445925)
Since then i have been making rounds of its store with all the false assurances provided
Since the number has become one my identity and at this juncture I am also missing a lot of important calls at my Professional front so I dont want to dump it.Even Number Portability isnt also feasible as i dont have a activated SIM

Kindly please consider my case and suggest me what can I do
