I purchased new Lava IRIS X-1 on 31 July’14. During procurement of the same, I tested voice clarity of the same on dealer counter . Voice clarity was not there in the handset. I intimated to the dealer about the same but the dealer suggested me to check the phone for 3-4 days & if the problem still persists, He will replace the phone as it has 14 days replacement guarantee. Yesterday, I contacted him for the same as the problem still persists, Inspite of voice carity, the phone has now started giving reboot problem & network problem. Dealer suggested me to visit service centre. They made DOA copy for phone replacement but they are saying that I have to leave my phone in service center for 2 weeks minimum and are not providing me any stand by set for the same. I am totally harassed with Lava service.
ON DOA copy, it is clearly mentioned that this DOA copy is valid only for 7 days. How I can leave my phone for 15 days then..???
One satisfied cutomer can give you 100 cutomers. But one unsatisified cutomer can spoil your 1000 no. of customers.
Do reply on urgent basis & arrange to replace my phone ASAP. After receiving of new phone only, I will submit my existing handset
Kindly take necessary action on urgent basis or else I don’t have any option left with me rather than to move to Consumer court.For any query, plz call me on my below mentioned no.
