This is regarding bill payment for IGL. Last month I had updated my login id and password for accessing my online account to pay bill online. However, this month IGL has suddenly changed the website interface which does NOT allow me to either login or register. The following details come up on my screen when I try to login:

Please find below your details required for registering at the New Portal :

1.Contract Account Number. 400000317980
2. Business Partner Number. 4000310591
3. First Name. ANIL
4. Last Name. KUMAR
5. Email-Id. anshumankumar01@gmail.com

Please note that your Contract Account No. shall be used for all future references.
After your successful registration please save your User ID and Password for future login.

However, I am unable to register on the new portal despite repeated attempts. Please help!

Note: If lucky, it takes 10-15 minutes for the customer care executive to come on phone and respond after dialling the complaint redressel number. Otherwise they do not take call or reply to emails. It costs a huge loss of money to make a call to the IGL customer care centre, and interface is NOT user friendly at all. When I try to complain to the higher authorities regarding this issue, it turns out that even their email inboxes are full, and they don’t reply.
