I AM KUNHABDULLA K.MY COMPLAINT IS THAT I HAVE TAKEN INTERNET BANKING FROM SBT PERAMBRA BRANCH.MY INTERNET A/C HAS NOT YET ACTIVATED AND I CANNOT USE THIS SERVICE BECAUSE I CANNOT CREATE PROFILE PASSWORD.
I CONTACT BRANCH MANEGER, HE SAID THAT REMIT 220 RUPEES FOR CHANGE FOR RESET PASSWORD.
PLEASE TAKE THIS AS MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE NECESSORY ACTION.
