This has been the first time that such a irresponsible and carelessness attitude is displayed towards the customer. Phone conversations are not giving anything but false promises and lies, that too at the cost of the customer.. Stories are being created to defend the courier company. There is harassment and troublesome attitude seen for the customer. Its really giving an unprofessional image on the esteemed online brand of Amazon India in dealing with such type of dealers.

Please kindly look into the matter and the do the needful ASAP.

Thanks for the prompt action. However, it is not justified in any ways that the customer didnt get a chance to even see the product and the delivery charges are deducted. This should be clearly mentioned when a customer opts for any shopping and places an order with your company. Kindly look into the matter asap and make arrangements for refunding the courier charges as well. The reason for the non delivery mentioned is totally baseless as time and again i have been giving instructions about the address and also to the guard room personnel. The courier person never reached the given address of which we have the proofs (cctv) that can be provided as and when needed. The address is of defence personnel colony and not some civil place. No one can allow or push of any courier person without getting in touch with the respective person who had placed the order.

The guard room receives more than 50 couriers through amazon and never till now had this kind of issue. This seems to be some foul game being played with the customer, a very unprofessional thing to do. We expect and have the right to demand the total amount of rs. 2570 to be refunded to our account. Please do the needful to avoid further complications.
