Irresponsible behaviour and careless aproch

I am Dr pravin Babhalgaonkar ,Panasonic customer.I have purchased LED tv on march 2015.within 6 months of purchase there was multiple black lines came on Tv screen.The compliant was given and almost it took 4to 5 months to give me proper Tv Panel.The word proper i have used because almost 4 to 5 panels were changed because all were defective means the lines were seen immediately after replacing the new panel.
now last panel was changed in January 16 and in march first week again black lines are started on screen.10 march i have informed to customer care,within 2 days your technician came and diagnosed it as same problem like few months back.Today is 15 April in 1 month there is no feedback from company side.I called Mr Mrunal,Pratiksha madam and Mr Mahadev regarding the issue.
I feel shame to inform you that the company like Panasonic which known for the reliability and prompt service is behaving like this.I have lost my faith in Panasonic company hence till now i was ready to accept panel change but henceforth i want either TV replacement or money refund.

i hope this mail will be directed towards proper person who is incharge person related to this issue.
