Bought mobile S204 in august2015,within 2-3 months touchscreen not wrking. Gave for repair on 7/jan/2016. Told in2months would get it back. Called after 2months& i was told to call after 10days. Called again.i was again told to call after Easter. Again i called.Said some parts not available.Again they have asked me to call after 10 working days. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER?? A NEW MOBILE & ITS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE …SO SHOCKING TO HEAR….ISNT IT NOT THEIR DUTY TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER IF ITS TAKING TIME…ABOVE ALL THEY SHOULD REPLACE THE MOBILE & GIVE ME A NEW MOBILE…PLEASE DO SOMETHING…OR REFUND MY MONEY WITH. LOSS CHARGES….
