My 49 inch LED TV was bought in the month of Dec 2014 and was not working since 10th May 2015,
Complaint logged through Unilet where I have purchased the TV,
The Service personnel visited after 8 days and inspected and said that Tuton board is not working and took the same for replacement and committed it will be replaced within 5 days but it didn’t happenned.
He visited after 15 days and replaced the board but still the TV is in same condition(NOT WORKING), He with his service manager over phone committed to deliver the new TV by 13th June 2015, but now they have stopped picking my calls too, I donot know why a customer should followup with the service personnel to get the work completed, Really with great frustration I am writing this mail in an open forum.
Request anyone concerned to get the TV fixed immediately.
