My TV display had problem on date .20/07/2014 which replace by your team. But the same problem has occurred on date 17/05/2015…………. ,
This problem is not attend by your team, instead they are saying the product is out of order, You can get some percent like 75% on the TV price.
My question why should i need to get the 75%, you have assured that 3 years spares will be available and replacement should be done.
You are not keeping the promise as you make, is not fair. You give same type of TV, as exchange or otherwise change my TV the display.
