Loss of 455 rs on Wrong Info updated on PAYTM and now they are not ready to compensate after so many reminders

I am using PAYTM services so long and many of my friends and mates use this service just on my recommendation and 3 days back i did one recharge of 455 rs from PAYTM for airtel and that was wrongly updated at that time on their site and instead of 3G pack 4G pack activated which is of no use for me as my phone is 3G…i lost my earned money just necause of their loop hole and than they are turning around that ask AIRTEL etc etc and i did so as well but AIRTEL denying that i should ask PAYTM people as its third party and its total fault of PAYTM which they are denying and now also their mails are just formality and no solution till date and i am suffering for Net Pack
