against the newly started premium express with train no. 09051, Surat-Chappra premium, there’s no meal provided to the passengers travelling as per promised while booking the ticket. Moreover, the meal charges were already included with the total fare. passengers are strictly facing so many problems. Neither food nor water has been given. the premium express has limited n very few stoppages so the passengers(including kids, who are crying out loudly for food and water) are not able to manage their need regarding the same. the train will reach JABALPUR, night at 9:55pm. below are some PNR numbers passengers requesting to file this STRICT COMPLAIN against Indian Railways and want immediate attention and severe action.
