sir/madam below the complaint raised by me to micromax customer care many time but not taken any action about my complaint, i request you to kindly resolve my complaint return back my handset from the company
with reference above ticket number after long time i have received my mobile from your authorized service centre rapid communication, lump sum after 15 days i am facing same problem with set and set is permanently dead, again i go to your service centre on 23.11.15 and set is deposited by rapid communication issue me job card no. N 030684 – 1115 – 20415717 dated 23.11.15 after 3 week when i go to your centre set is not available in the centre, again i go to centre on 11.01.16 i see your centre is no more on that place contact number is continue switched off shows. i dont understand about your company and you, why i go to micromax whole year my set deposited by your service centre no one contact to me and no satisfactory reply by mail and where i go to take my set, if you want to give my mobile please let me know where i go for this otherwise set is already forfeited by you.
