Micromax DOA case

Sir/ Madam,
I purchase a Micromax Mobile phone, Turbo A250, on 27-08-2014 from our local dealer M/s Audio Video, Ram Nagar, Karnal – 132001. After inserting my sim card, it became hang, then I restart the phone its working ok. After almost one hour when I try to use the phone then I found it was switch off, I again switch on the phone but again after almost one hour I found phone switch off itself. Next day I visit at Micromax service centre and report my complaint. They respond me very well and after listening my complaint they declare that set needs do be replaced because it was having some hardware problem. Then they issue me a DOA certificate and guide me that I need to go back to my dealer and handover that DOA Certificate to him and he immediately replace my set with new one. But after this on 28, 29 and 30th Aug, I visit three time to my dealer but he again and again reply me that distributor not having stock of that model and you have to wait three to four days more…..when stock is available we inform you…. Now what kind of distribution is running by Micromax, a new launched model is not available in distributor stock from last five days…… So, I request Micromax to please refund my money, I don’t want to use your product which is having this kind of service problems….I think this not safe to use your phones further…..

    My juice 2 white screen camed when the insallted apps,games i am gaved to service center her said OS problem and changed os within 2 days the same problem caused please give dealer certificate to change mobile. it is my 5 micromax mobile
