I had purchased Micromax Andorid one Mobile from AMAZON on dt-30-9-2014. This mobile started multiple problems so that I contacted Amzon for happending, mobile is under gurantee period of one year, so they advised me to contact Micromax Authorised Shop. I did the same and they took my mobile on 30-7-2015 and they returned me new piece on 17-8-2015. Now as on 25-08-2015 this new device also started nos. of problems like Camera error, Disappearing of screen , take too much time to re-start, disconnection of internet, bursting of dial tone, frequently appearing of message ” the application Rediffmail NG has stopped unexpected”. So I contacted Amazon again and they adivse me to contact again Micromax Authorise shop to collect DOA. I visted Micromax Authorised shop once against explained the matter for problem related to new Mobile and requested them to issue me DOA. But they denied me to issue such a certificate under the rule of 7 days of purchase. I again contacted Amazon and told them about dening by Micromax Authorised Shop to issue DOA. Now Amazon told me that without DOA they will not do anything for my Miromax Android One Mobile. Looking to frequent problem in Micromax Android One mobile, I as unhappy with this brand and mobile. Now I do not want to use this mobile and want REFUND. Pl advise me what to do ?
