Micromax mobile no proper response from the service center

I had purchased a micromax doodle 3 from sangeetha mobile in bangalore (kaikondrahalli) outlet during the first week of june, within two days of purchase the set started to show troubles and it got switched off and never turned on , i approached sangeetha mobile for help they said your software has got corrupted so need to approach the service center and explain them your issue and they would give you a DO letter with which we would be able to give you a new set, it has been more than a week that i had been following up with the service center(MOBILE SEVA, Marathalli,Bangalore) they always say that they are yet to get approval from the head office and when i called up customer care they said it is already done you contact service center, yesterday again i approched service center he asked me to get a new bill as there was some issue with the uploading of the earlier bill, i have been running behind them and till now i have not got any positive response from them, i never expected that i would be crucified this way for buying an micromax mobile (indian brand), i bought this set just because i didnt want to buy foreign sets and want to be an indian with an indian set, i also encouraged my friends to buy sets of micromax, now i feel i have made a mistake and when i was exchanging my old foreign brand set they suggested to go for a foreign brand than an indian brand, i told them that i want to be an indian and want to have indian set. now i feel i should have listened to them. Is there anybody who can help me with my issue …
