I had purchased Micromax Nitro A350 before last 4 month back. last 2 month back suddenly Shut down. My mobile is under warranty. I had submitted to Micromax Service cantor. It was 50 days has been over but till date Micromx team not provided proper my phone status.
I have many time visited to micromax service centre but micromax staff also given me harresement answer to me. Hence totaly Micromax service is worst. Need to take storng action against micromax staff and comapy. Lost of mail also i had drop in Micromax Support but nobody take serious. Micromax Reference ticket id- 34582 .
If any body ask for me for micromax service feedback I will put -0 out of 10. Micromax service is helpless and not satisfied.
Hence I request to you Please look this matter & resolve on preiorety basic.
