I have purchased Micromax P680 tablet in January 2016 from Snapdeal. It has a charging problem. I had submitted my tablet at BR Services at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on March 30 for repair. After a month they call me on April 30 and conveyed that the problem of your device has been rectified. After receiving my product when I reached home I found that they had returned my micromax tablet without repairing it. I had tried so many times to contact them but they did not pick the phone. I again visited the BR Service centre on May 3 with the same complaint. They assured me it will done on priority.. but now, after 5 days they have sent a message that it will be repaired after 21 months. The micromax service centre has making fool the customer and also the micromax company is harassing the customer by selling defective pieces. The issued had already takes more than 50 days. It is therefore, requested that my tablet may please be repaired at the earliest or it may please be replace with new one or otherwise my money may be given back to me. Hoping for favourable action please.
