I, Shri Srinivas Madha, had purchased Micromax 3G Tablet PC P470 (Silver), IMEI No. 911388201306880/911388201306898, 2 (two) months back from IRLA, Vile Parle West, Mumbai.
It is now just 2 months passed my mobile screen got damaged and showing black lines. I visited Service Centre on 8th May 2015 and handed over my mobile for repair at SP Macro Mobile, Shop No. S-29A, 2nd Floor, Prime Mall, Irla Lane, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai – 400 056, Contact No. 8879944198 (Repair Challan Attached for your reference)
Till today i.e. 10th June, 2015, they have not repaired my mobile and keep on telling that will be repair in a day or two.
I therefore request you if you could take some serious steps against this Services Centre for not providing me the proper service and keeping my TAB for one month.
Kindly do the needful in the above matter at the earliest and oblige.
