I had ordered a miezu Mx5 for 18500 rs from snapdeal,when i got the mobile it had two problems by default ,one sim tray was not working and other it was showing only one imie no despite it bieng a dual sim phone.i then opted for returning the phone,then they said they dont have reverse pickup facility here at barabanki,they can deliver and take money from you here but cant take it back,so i sent it on my own on 1/11/15 through trackon courier and according to courier company it was delivered and recieved at the destination on 5/11/15 but til now the company has not refunded my amount nor any other phone delivered.its been two month and no reply from company.
