please read the below e-mail copy paste to understand the problem. but still None of MOIA or indian embassy is taking serious step in this matter

A grievance has been registered by Praveen Kumar on your behalf on 21/06/2015 as per the following description:

Mr. Praveen Kumar contacted OWRC helpline, requesting to lodge a complaint against his Foreign Employer. Mr. Kumar got a job in below mentioned company and went to KSA on 11th March 14. Emigrant is facing below mentioned issues: – 1. Force to do extra hour without over time: He is supposed to do 8 hours shift but his employer forced him to do 12 – 13 hour shift without giving Overtime. Weekly one day off but his employer forced him to do without leave. 2. Promised salary not given: Upon reaching KSA his employer reduced his salary from 2500 SAR to 1500SAR including food. 3. Impounding of Iqama and visa 4. Physical & Mental harassment 5. Not providing emergency leaves 6. Employment Location changed without consent 7. Food Allowance not given 8. Ill-treating the emigrant 9. Not giving passport back 10. Adverse living conditions 11. Threatens the emigrant 12. Not issuing Exit Paper Through OWRC helpline he wish to request MOIA for his SAFE RETURN TO INDIA and also assistance in recovering his OUTSTANDING DUES from the employer.
