Sir, We have a Amazon mini store(ID no.1443429958107) at Mysore 570022, Namely”Ballon Planet” since last October 2015. On 29th January 2016, one shipment, Tracking ID 221145192973, Customer name “Guruprasad, #1062, 9th Main, 3rd Cross, Vivekanandanagara, Mysore 23′ MISSED. We, complaint about the missing to our Main supplier(ID 16908536). As per their direction, we deposite shipment amount Rs.11998.00 Then, they raise T.T about missing shipment. But not trace out till. We request them for “Duplicate Bill” of shipment, because of the item is Mobile Phone(we return that shipment one day before on the remarks of customer “Payment not ready”). Kindly request u to arrange duplicate bill or IMEI No of the Mobile. So, that we can further traceout the Mobile through Police.
