MNP Balance not reflecting by Vodafone

I am a Vodafone Enterprise customer.
I had recently done MNP from one city to another within the same telecom operator, however they charged me an amount which is equivalent to my bill amount. Also i was not informed about the NMP charge. When i came to get my number migrated, the representative asked me to pay the amount, which i did and the number was migrated. Now the telecom company is again levying the charges on my bill. Also the complete bill cycle is not completed and they are generating bills for my number in a matter of 11 days.
