I have paid Rs.197.00 towards recharge of 3 G plan in AIRTEL for my mobile no. 9043882549. I have wrongly given my Email ID as firstname.lastname@example.org instead of giving email@example.com. So i request to recredit the same to my correct maid ID wallet firstname.lastname@example.org. It was not resolved.
So I transferred the amount Rs.197.00 to Email ID email@example.com (Mobile No. 9043729175) But the Mobile No. 90437 29175 is not credited with this amount till today. (Ticket No. 2713262)
Pls resolve this.
