I have paid Rs.197.00 towards recharge of 3 G plan in AIRTEL for my mobile no. 9043882549. I have wrongly given my Email ID as instead of giving So i request to recredit the same to my correct maid ID wallet It was not resolved.

So I transferred the amount Rs.197.00 to Email ID (Mobile No. 9043729175) But the Mobile No. 90437 29175 is not credited with this amount till today. (Ticket No. 2713262)

Pls resolve this.

    Mobikwik : I was trying to recharge my Vodafone prepaid card for rs.199 through Mobikwik App. I did not get any recharge and my money has debited from my account also. It has been more than 12 hours..till now my money has not credited back to Mobikwik wallet

    sir i recharges on 7 nov and 9 nov of 199 and 199 but both transaction failed and money deducted
    i complained also but no response …. total amt. is 398

    Mahoday ji,mera mobikwk no.9415162363 hain.mera transaction lock/block kar diya gya.jiska karan transaction pin bhul jana tha.diable,change karne ke liye OTP mag raha hain,jo nhi mil pa rha hai.likhker aata hai verify your alternative no.OTP na milne ke karan mera recharge badhit hai.mera other mobile number 9918812729 hai.plz help me
