There was a problem in charging my Micromax canvas A177 so I went to the service centre as my phone is still in the warranty period. They claimed to have resolved the problem by changing my charging port but when I put my phone to charge, the problem persists. My phone doesn’t get charged. I have visited 4 times but still my problem isn’t being solved by the service center. I need you to help me take some action against them.
