I purchased a mobile Karbonn octane plus (9114195001699) in Jan 2015,when I had received the mobile soon after I realized that the second SIM slot of mobile was not working .As per the procedure I went to the registered service Centre in Preetampura and they asked me to pay 550 RS first to get the SIM slot replaced or repaired, at that time my mobile had already been dead completely ,they told me to pay 550 RS first and only there after they will repair the mobile. I was not ok with that so I went to another service center named JMV Technosol Pvt Ltd , however they did not asked for money but they asked me to wait for 45 days and to get the mobile repaired. I requested them to return it back soon but they told me that this is the company protocol that it will take maximum 45 days to repair any mobile . After that also I called them twice but there is no satisfactory response from them
Moreover neither the earphone nor the charger is working. its being 6 months that I am wondering one to another service center somebody is asking for money another one not providing satisfactory services .
Now I I am fed up with the karbonn mobile services and there is no contact number working for customer services given on internet. I sent them an e-mail as well but they did not respond.I think I wasted my 10000 rs on this mobile and a lot of time as well. I got mentally harassed.
Note- As you can see the all the issues what I have faced and still facing after purchasing this mobile, now I would expect it to be replaced with new mobile as soon as possible or they should pay my money back.
