i purchased one mobile of samsung galaxy grand max 7202.from starting it has hanging issue which is now and often coming.too many times i talked on phones to samsung customer care executive,too many times i visited service center,also i submitted five times but problem remains same.
now finally i submitted my mobile on 1/2/2016 to service center and tell them that i don’t need this mobile either they change my mobile or refund my money back to me and same i talked to customer care also.
but after too many calls samsung company is not ready to listen.till date they are harassing me one after other way.
