Purchased Xiomi Redmi Note 4 G Mobile phone through Flipkart reference Inv. No. BLR_WFLD20150200796046 dated 16.02.2015. Since purchase of Mobile, lots of iisues happened and was submitted to authorised Service Center (New Tech Solution) at Vashi Navi Mumbai. After repeated follow up received handset in 10 days. No substitute hand set was given. Then again after 3-4 months, phone was given to same service center due to power switch problem and black spot on the screen. This time handset was received after 2 months with change of IMEI no. But within one month the same power issue cropped up. And since 12.03.2016 the handset is with the same service center. The people t service centre are very rude and not responding to pone calls. My residence is about 16 Kms from service centre. I am not in position to purchase new handset. It effected my business badly.
Original IME No. was 865980021982233. replaced with IMEI No. 865980022207804
