Dear Sir/Madam,

We are inform you that we are your regular customer since five years. We have already paid all the bills month to month (before due date) but still from your end showing pending one bill month of April-2015 of Rs.504. But as per our account we paid this amount on dated 24th April 2015, CHQ No : 645060, Bank name – ING Bank.

We called to your customer care executive they don’t have information about that, we are surprising where we can go. First point now you don’t have more RCOM gallery so we can go and ask to all details and second point is if we called to your Toll free either busy or one have Information. Third Point means it’s a height if we tell to your executive to transfer to your manager but Your Manager was not attend the our call.

We hope our mobile (+91 8928551552) service will start on very soon.

We are very disappointed for your services and Call Center guys.
