With Due Respect , i want to convey that on 24th June 2015 , i have purchased New Karbonn Titaninum S320 Mobile phone, And on the same day evening, it was having the Audible problem, i went to same dealer where from i have purchased the phone and said him the same issue. Okk.. Dealer replaced me the Phone with same model and everything. there after 3 days , another problem occurs of Blue display. (I was just reading my messages and issue occur). Other day, i went to dealer to convey him the same issue. He said Go to Service Center, this time we cant do anything, i went to Service Center, They Said I have to wait for DOA Approval. Okk.. finally after two days DOA Got approved. I take an objection that i don’t want to use this phone now, because i am literally dis-satisfied with this phone. then they said to submit all my accessories of my Karbonn phone and have wait. Till Today i am waiting, Still i didn’t get any call or message from them. What is the Fun of Buying the Karbonn Phone, if you are not able to provide the best services.
Please look into this matter and revert to me asap.
