Dear Sir,

I purchased a Intex aqua Life II a famous shop in Baroda, Alkapuri S K INFINITETRADE PVT.LTD in the month of 7th july 2015 amount of Rs.5,190/- by cash. From the next day when i started my new brand mobile with new sim card and new free idea no. continuously disconnect any phone calls either receive or calling. Beginning one -two problem doesn’t recognize because touch screen is too soft but when i receives any calls same way continuously disconnect my calls. when i went the shop from the first time about facing my problem the sales person updated entire software but still my problem occurs in front of the sales person. The sales person took my mobile and original bill with him and he dosen’t gave me any mobile receivable slip he gave me his personal mobile no and he said he will solve any problem regarding my mobile. Then i continuously visited the shop and sales man’s contact no. and he said that my mobile had a major problem we will replace your mobile. After 10 to 15 days mentally suffered a lot i went there sales persons was on holiday few days and i met some other person he gave me my mobile and told me we doesn’t replace your mobile only repaired. But in front of the sales person same problem occurred and sales person and his shop manager told me we will refund your money.
