I wish to submit that I purchased Karbonn Titanium S3 Mobile Phone on 25 December, 2014 from eZone, Rajarhat, Kolkata for Rs. 7089/-
This Mobile i.e. Karbonn Titanium S3 Mobile Phone got the following defectives within 02 months: 1. Earpiece (speaker)- not functional
2. LED Screen – not working.
But due to my present posting at Agartala where no service centre is available, I sent the mobile phone to Kolkata the first opportunity and was deposited, on work order, to the Service Centre namely,- Technocare, 413, Jodhpur Garden, Mezzanine Floor, Kolkata, PIN – 700045 on 06/05/2015.
Now, 03 months have elapsed but the service centre keeps on telling that the spare has not been provided by the company and every time it gives another future date of delivery.
I have made several correspondence with the Karbonn Mobile Company also through mail as the customer care number i.e. 1860 200 4660, given by the company is not attended. Mails have also been sent to Technocare as copy but the mobile phone has not been delivered to me after repair so far.
Now, I feel distressed that despite several communications in last three months no positive response has been received from the company or the service centre and the mobile phone is lying with the service centre Technocare in Kolkata. The service centre has been contacted several times but they always reply that the LCD screen has not been received from the Company and give a deferred date of delivery.
Now, I have already purchased a new mobile, I do not need it.
Kindly get me refund of the cost of mobile Rs. 7089 plus Rs. 700/- as conveyance charges for visiting the service centre several times and expense of telephone calls. This makes a total of Rs. 7789/- and compensation for the harassment I have suffered due to the ill will of the Company.
