This is regret to inform you that I have Purchased a Spice Mobile Phone on dated 12.06.2015 from the Spice Dealer Nu-York Technoworld, 8A, Lal bazar Street, Kolkata- 700 001.
The Complaint lodged against the purchased Mobile Phone Model No. MI 403E to the Authorized Spice Service Center at Mobi Soft Telelink, 3A, Madan Street, 1st Floor, Kolkata – 700 072, West Bengal, India, Phone: 033-40087379/9433169568/8100169568 on dated 27.07.2015 at 12:57:52 and the said Spice Mobile Handset was also deposited for appropriate checking, Testing & Service from the said Spice Service Center.
Several complaints were lodged on and from 27.07.2015 to till date at your authorized Service Center Representative which was as follows:
1. All Apps were being removed automatically from the said Spice mobile phone within a very short period from the date of purchase.
2. The Speaker sound of the Spice Mobile phone was very low.
3. Spice Mobile phone was being hanged & restarting automatically within an interval of few minutes.
4. Spice Mobile phone battery was not being recharging properly.
5. Spice Mobile phone was overall faulty/damage to use.
6. Requested for immediate replacement of the said not working Spice Mobile phone with a new one due to regular malfunctioning of the said mobile phone within a very short period.
For your information, it is hereby noted that on 28.07.2015 a SMS (Serial No. 25102224 / F 70234) delivered from Spice Mobile Company to my Contact Mobile No. 08100081007 mentioning that “Dear Customer, Device available at Service Center”. But sorry to say, after receiving the said Spice Mobile phone from your Service Center, I found that the same problems remained in my newly purchased Spice Mobile phone. Without any delay, I rushed to your customer care representative at the said Service Center and again deposited the Spice Mobile phone for proper service. After some days, Your Service Center called me by phone and stated that the said phone has been repaired & ready for delivery. But again it is greatly surprised to me that while I reached your Service Center, I found that the said Spice Mobile phone was completely became a dead inactive device and usually I refused to take delivery the damage/faulty as well as a dead set of Spice Mobile phone from your Service Center. Then your Service Center representative again received the said Spice Mobile phone for service. There were many services from your Service Center for the said phone without any fruitful result or satisfactory service for your valued customer.
On and from 27th July, 2015 to till date( i.e. 20th December, 2015) I have visited in an regular manner to your service center to take delivery of my Spice Mobile phone but all my efforts were in vain. Finally, your Service Center Representative informed me that they are unable to service the said Spice Mobile phone and also asked me to contact urgently to Spice Mobile Company through website for the replacement of the said Spice Mobile phone with a new one in my favour.
Upto 20.12.2015, Checking status of my complaint at your website, it was found that “We are currently working on it”. It is also for your kind reference that in connection with above this same complaint status is showing on and from 30-07-2015 at the relevant website of your Spice portal on and from 29-07-2015 in your Spice Online Portal.
In view of the above, it is already cleared without any hesitation that the said Spice Mobile phone is never serviceable and it has also a major manufacturing defect by the Spice Mobile Phone Manufacturing Company. Already I have a lot of bitter experiences for bad services and malicious harassment by purchasing the said Spice Mobile Phone from the esteemed organization of Spice Mobile Phone Company. I am suffering with the said defective spice mobile phone for last six months and onwards, which was & is still in the custody of your Spice Service Center, I am also unable to use the said Spice Mobile Phone for last six months, it should be justified by the superior authorities of Spice Mobility Limited.
The Xerox copy of Cash Memo (No. 25552 dt. 12.06.2015) of the said purchased Spice Mobile phone Model MI 403E is attached herewith for your perusal.
Under these circumstances, I earnestly request you for the immediate replacement of the said Spice Mobile phone with a New one in favour of me for the purpose of essential telephonic enjoyment of Spice Cell Phone.
