This is the message I received on 15 Mar 2016 after I logged a complaint with your head office. Today is 18 mar 2016 , THREE days have passed no one has come to repair my LCD. IS There any hope left for me from your company’s side , for putting my trust on your product.
Your consumer service AREA MANAGER here in DEHRADUN seems to be least interested, as I have already informed you in my earlier complaint, as he has already said it will take 15 days to get the part, your company seems to be the only extremely slow company in today’s world, as per your AREA MANAGER IN DEHRADUN.
PL SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY OR LET ME KNOW PL IF YOU ALSO DON’T HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR OFFICE HERE SO THAT I CAN DUMP YOUR PRODUCT AND NOT WASTE MY TIME.
