I am trying since long the Service Centre at Andheri, Mumbai but no one picks up the phone. Yesterday one Mr Pradeep picks up the phone and he was avoiding my phone, when I asked to check whether my handset is ready then he says that his system is not working so he is enable to check the same. Then he is asking me my Jobsheet no I also provided the same but then also no reply.
Today also same thing has happened when i gave my all the details he shamefully disconnected my phone. Again i called him then he says that line got disconnected, Please note i had called his landline unless and untill i disconnect the phone will not disconnect.
This is how the Service Centre staff is behaving with the customers.
Now how do you expect the customer to react and where to lodge the complaint.
Again I am requesting your AKOSHA Team to take a very serious action against the Micromax Service Centre staff and also the Micromax company for non resolving the the matter. As they are not even bothered how their customers are treated.
