I HAD PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER WITH REFERENCE NO. 20160219090823 WITH
SHOP CJ, ON 19 FEB 2016. THE PRODUCT WAS TO BE DELIVERED IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS.

ON 24 FEB, I RECEIVED A SMS SAYING, “DEAR CUSTOMER, THANK YOU FOR
SHOPPING WITH US, WE APOLOGISE FOR THE DELAY IN DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
201609090823, YOUR ORDER WILL REACH YOU IN 4 WORKING DAYS”

THE SAME HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE ON 27 FEB AND WAS TOLD
“DEAR CUSTOMER, YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED. OUR SERVICE
REQUEST TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS. FOR ANY SERVICE CALL ON
1860-500-1860″

SUBJECT CALL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED FROM ANYONE TILL NOW

PLEASE ADDRESS MY CONCERN IMMEDIATELY.
